During Chris's initial visit from Northeast Disaster Restoration to assess the water damage in our home, he mentioned that your company handles everything from mold and water mitigation to full restoration promptly. Like many others in our situation, we were eager to have our house restored as quickly as possible. I would like to acknowledge DJ, Mike, Richard, Juan, and Rocky, who collaborated closely with us, our insurance company, and your additional contractors, including the painter, plumber, and wood floor specialist. They were professional and friendly, and their communication was excellent. The entire team worked together seamlessly to restore our house to its original condition.
