Did an install of a microwave with a hood vent. The vent was improperly connected so air was leaking out. Asking him to come fix it and he scheduled an appointment. Reached out the day before to confirm and was ghosted and never showed up.
Gary at Eastern Appliance is my families guardian angel. He was prompt, helpful, knowledgeable. And most important fixed our problem!! My husband locked all this FR gear needed for a storm trip in the wash, Gary got here same day to fix it. We will only use eastern appliance here on out. Thank you.
We returned to our new house after being gone for 2 weeks, and the refrigerator was making a terrible noise. It was still keeping things cold, but the noise was almost unlivable! This was a Saturday, and by early Sunday afternoon it was fixed! So thankful that this service actually offered emergency service!
