Shawn Teague came here in 30 minutes! So professional and knowledgeable! He checked everything out and didn’t leave until he checked the CO level once more. He gave us the best possible service! We appreciated Atlantis!! I can’t answer the price we paid or the service because it was a call to check the boiler which was determined to need replacing.
Jacob was courteous and professional! He listened intently as I explained the heating system issue to him and he asked follow up questions to narrow down the source of the problem as he inspected my system. He was able to resolve the issue quickly and get my heating system up and running quickly. I will definitely recommend Atlantis and Jacob for heating/ac system related issues.
Great experience overall. Atlantis answered the phone on the first call and was able to schedule a technician for the same day. My Service Technician, Jacob Rivera, did a great job. He called 30 minutes before arrival, arrived in the original scheduled timeframe, and was done with the job in a timely manner. Jacob answered all of my questions and I would be happy to have him out on the job in the future. I will definitely call Atlantis again if my natural gas boiler needs servicing.
Christopher P was the most professional, thorough and knowledgeable service tech I’ve ever had to my house. He took his time with the maintenance checkup and figured out what I had done wrong when I installed a new thermostat. Highly recommend. Hope to see him in the future for our maintenance checkups.
I have been very happy with Atlantis Comfort Systems! They installed an HVAC system for us several years ago and have maintained it and serviced it when necessary. I just renewed my service plan and Dylan came yesterday to do our pre-winter maintenance. He did a fantastic job. He was very thorough and explained everything clearly. I highly recommend Dylan and Atlantis for all your heating and cooling needs!
