Technician Nick from Cox Electric showed up on time (actually a bit early). He did a great job on our Synergy generator's annual maintenance and gave us excellent advice. I highly recommend this company. The prices are reasonable and the staff and technicians are the best. We are very satisfied. Can't go wrong with Cox Electric.

Just had a whole home/standby generator installed by Cox Electric. We were extremely happy with the entire process; everything was explained on what day/time things were happening, everyone was great! We officially used it for the first time during that historic blizzard when we lost power for about 36 hours and it was a lifesaver!! We have 3 small kiddos, so this was a no-brainer! Best investment ever!!

I really like this company. Time are tough for finding good all around service in the trades these days, but these guys do it right. They are proactive, they respond, they do what they say they are going to do. I'm a big fan of their estimating process. And, most importantly, they do fantastic work. I highly recommend them.

Called during the blizzard bc our generator stopped working. We got a call back in a reasonable amount of time and the tech talked us through the the steps. He followed up with a maintenance visit to make sure everything was operating appropriately. Great service, great product!
