Nates Plumbing

This Company is Unlicensed and they caused alot of damage to my customers home. They do not have a license to pull permits in Colorado springs or are they ICC licensed. They refused to return the $5000.00 for unfinished work as they can not pull a permit lawfully as contracted and refused to pay for the damages they caused my Company. Nate states his company is a DBA with license under manic Drain cleaning. They are not licensed for plumbing at all. The complete repairs that are not up to code. They are not BBB recommended nor State certified as required by law. I Recommend doing your research on this company before hiring them for anything. Hayden is not insured nor bonded or A licensed plumber either as required by law. What little work they did complete has to be redone. When I tried to resolve the damage they caused Nate threatened me with OSHA as he was negelant from the start. This company represented as lawfully licensed Is a fraudulent company. I give this company minus any star rating. I recommend checking their licenses and not to hire them for any work.

I was exceptionally pleased with the work from Nate's Plumbing. This company was recommended by various neighbors within the neighborhood where our rental home is located. We are a military family and because we no longer reside in the Springs, it is important to hire someone trustworthy. I felt at ease after speaking with Nate because he is very knowledgeable in his field of work. He gave us 2 options for the issue at our rental home and ultimately we ended up replacing our water heater. We then learned that our water heater was still under warranty via Home Depot, but we would have to return it in person to Home Depot and exchange it for a new one. Nate went above and beyond by helping us exchange our water heater since we could not do it ourselves, living in Texas. That spoke volumes to us about his dedication to help his customers because by doing so, it saved us a significant amount of money. We understand is isn't the norm to ask a company to do this, and we were very hesitant to even ask but desperate to have the warranty honored. Nate came through for us, exchanged and installed the new water heater AND performed some additional work for us to ensure everything was up to code. This is the type of company we trust and will call for all our future plumbing needs. I would highly recommend Nate's Plumbing for all your plumbing services. I have zero doubts he has gone above and beyond many times before -for his customers! I also recently used Nate’s Plumbing again in Dec. of 2024, to replace a water heater on another rental we own and as expected, Nate’s Plumbing responded quickly and got the job done in one day! I can’t say enough about their professionalism and quality of work! Thanks again!
