Franco came to take a look at our furnace for a tune up and diagnosing a small problem. He was very friendly, honest, and professional! He was efficient, and explained every picture and detail to us about what was happening. He laid out our options in simple terms, and made sure we were educated on what to do. We will definitely recommended Wire Nut and Franco for any HVAC needs!
I had a great experience with WireNut Electrical. Bobby Cornelius and Dylan came out to my home and were extremely professional from start to finish. They took the time to carefully inspect the aluminum wiring in my house and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. What stood out most was their honesty and professionalism. They didn’t pressure me and made sure I understood the safety concerns, the options available, and what the process would look like moving forward. You can tell they both take pride in their work and genuinely care about helping the customer make the right decision. Bobby and Dylan represented WireNut very well. Service was top notch! Andrew is certified, very knowledgeable about all his electrical duties. He looked at other electrical issues I need fixed, gave me reasonable quotes, and knowledge of what/ how long these jobs would take. Caleb assessed our 21-year old furnace showing me the inner workings with camera. The decision was made to keep the 13-year old AC and replace the furnace. It was the correct choice. Caleb had the right personality for customer service! Cannon and Ian installed the furnace, and filled me in on their progress throughout the day. Professional and courteous. Josiah installed the water heater and did fine work. Professional, courteous and friendly.
