I did not use them. But the experience was excellent. I needed an outlet for a free-standing water dispenser. The issue was sourcing direct current in a tricky condo situation. After Alicia set me up over the phone, technician Sarah A arrived early. She patiently walked me through the obstacles and challenges on how the power would need to be delivered. It was complex, more than I planned spending, but I was very happy with Sarah detailing the options. I'm not getting a water dispenser, but I know where I'll go when I need an electrician going forward. AND - no charge for the visit and estimate. Nice.

We had high winds that knocked our utility pole down. In making calls found out that we owned and had to find a new pole and get all the wires hooked back up. After calling many people that couldn’t help us we ended up being directed to Mr Electric, and thank good we did!! I can’t remember the first person I spoke with but in explaining the situation to him and telling him we had been without electric for a day and half and my mother was 86 and I had 3 newborn puppies only 4 days old he said he would get in touch with his crew and get back to me. To my surprise they called back in just minutes. They were at my house the next morning (They were going to come right out but it was late and I suggested we start in the morning) taking pictures and talking to me about all the options and what would be best. The crew got to work and took care of everything. Ashlyn who was awesome made all the calls got everything lined up got the pole, called to get a new hole dug dealt with the electric company and took the reins so all I had to do is take care of my mom and pups. Ashlyn and her crew Christian and Paul were amazing. They worked well into the evening (10 hours straight) and made sure all was good to go and cleaned up everything. I am so glad I came across these guys they were personable, friendly, and professional. I would highly recommend them to anyone who asks without hesitation. The most professional courteous group of workers I ever dealt with and wish more companies had their work ethic and personal touch to getting a job done and making the home owners feel like someone had their back and took away a lot of stress and worry for my mother and I. I can’t say enough about this company and crew.
