I can’t say enough good things about East Coast HVAC. I was out of town when the heat went out at a rental property I own, and my tenant was left without heat. I called four other local HVAC companies, and not a single one was willing to come out and help. East Coast HVAC stepped up when no one else would and truly saved the day. Their communication was stellar from start to finish. Between the clear messages about arrival time, information about the technician, and the detailed recap on the invoice with photos, I could not have been happier with how everything was handled. Given the emergency nature of the call, I fully expected the bill to be expensive. I was honestly shocked at how extremely reasonable the charges were. They genuinely live up to their motto of paying fairly. This is not just an emergency repair company, and it is certainly not a fly by night one man HVAC operation. They are a full service HVAC provider with knowledgeable, professional technicians, and it shows in how they operate. I will exclusively use them from now on. Five stars and highly recommended.
