Not only could he answer any questions we had, he added other information and tips and tricks with the systems. He was very through to make sure both units were working, that we understood how to work them, and helped with getting it set up to use on the app. We also appreciated him going above and beyond standards for the outside condenser. Also, Cody was there at the time specified and we felt that it was done in a timely fashion.
