They charged $129.00 to come out and assess my oven, they gave me a two hour window that went over by an hour.Without calling or being considerate of my time at all. The owner is rude and mean.So is the lady to make the appointments. I ended up ordering the park from l.G it was $99.00 i got it in three days.And installed it myself, and i'm a girl, very easy fix. There cost would have cost me over $400.00. There's got to be a better company out there that respects their clients, time and money.

From the point of contact until finish of job, there was good communication via texting, telephone, and email. The technician Matthew, who came out did a very thorough job. He knew exactly what was wrong with the washer. He had the part ordered, once the part was in he was out here the very next day to install. Very nice young man, I would recommend Mr. Appliance for any repairs that you may need. The total price paid was for the initial diagnostics, the part and the Return to install defective part.
