Cristina was amazing, knowledgeable, and so personable. We chatted while she worked, and she was just really nice to chat with. Plus I could tell she knew what she was doing and was efficient. Plus, she did her work well, our ice machine is working much much better. I would not hesitate to have her come back out for other issues we have.
Washer was fixed quickly . Could have gotten same day service if part was in stock. They kept their appointment window and called before coming . The tech ,Chris was very professional, clean and courteous. The lady that set up appointment was pleasant and helpful. I would definitely use them again if needed!
Cristina and Appliance Works exceeded my expectations. Cristina arrived on time, was friendly, answered all of my questions, and didn't make me feel like I could have taken care of the simple repair on my own. I will definitely call Appliance Works with any future appliance needs. Great experience!
Cristina was awesome! Gave me a 33 minute (yeah I know right) heads up when they were gonna be here, showed up in the rain yet still joyful, and extremely affable. She fixed my stove in a timely manner while at the same time educating me on upkeep and maintenance that I didn't have knowledge of. I never owned a gas stove before and I just moved in so I'm actually glad it was broken and they sent over Christina C. Now I don't expect any real issues unless it's an uncontrollable one because of the knowledge I have. I'd give 10 *s to her alone and I'll refer all of my friends and neighbors to this company and ask for her specifically if/when they have problems. I don't know if you'll ever read this Christina, but you should ask for a raise, have your manager call me.
