Our refrigerator developed a leak on a Saturday. I called several repair services, and they either could not get to us until Sunday or try didn’t work in our area. When I called Global, the technician said he could come that day. Ruslan arrived in a timely manner and got right to work. He was able to give us a cost right up front. He did not have the hose he needed for the repair so he went and got one and had the repair completed in about an hour. He was polite and respectful and even helped us clean the floor before he left. Ruslan was amazing! He was on time and so pleasant. After a quick diagnosis of the problem, he left to get the part, came back earlier than he said and had the repair done in under 20 minutes. He is honest and does good work. I will definitely use his company again.

I had a great experience with Ruslan. He came out the same day to inspect my refrigerator and quickly diagnosed the issue. He fixed the condenser fan motor, which completely resolved the loud noise problem. He completed the repair in a timely manner and charged a fair price. Ruslan was great! He was able to get us scheduled same day, was very fast and professional. Very respectful and was very effective at communicating which I really appreciate. He wore shoe covers and gave me an accurate timeline so that I wasn’t waiting around all day.
