Easy to sing the praises of Ruslan, from Global HVAC and Appliances! He managed to see us same day, even after a late call as our fridge had failed. He quickly diagnosed it and placed an order for the failed components. Although we were expecting the parts to arrive three days later, Ruslan somehow secured them the next day and came over that afternoon to install and reset our fridge! He even managed to engineer a solution for a chronic issue with our door ice/water dispenser--the flexing and breaking of the electrical wires feeding the door. Everything is better than before--my wife couldn't be happier! Ruslan and his company reflect what was once a given, caring professional and skilled home service repairs.

Our refrigerator developed a leak on a Saturday. I called several repair services, and they either could not get to us until Sunday or try didn’t work in our area. When I called Global, the technician said he could come that day. Ruslan arrived in a timely manner and got right to work. He was able to give us a cost right up front. He did not have the hose he needed for the repair so he went and got one and had the repair completed in about an hour. He was polite and respectful and even helped us clean the floor before he left. It was a great relief not to have to be concerned about water damage and the inconvenience of mopping up the leaking water constantly.
