Frank was working on a neighbors house. I asked him to check on my roof for some areas of concern, mostly tile joint mortar cracking. After finishing the neighbors work he check my roof and gave me an estimate, and was available to immediately perform the repairs, provided before and after photos and cleaned up the roof valleys of debris.
