Curtis was great; though admittedly a bit new, he was knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. He showed me what he was doing every step of the way, and tried to make as little noise as possible (the wife works nights). He even helped me wipe down the sides of the oven before pushing it back! Excellent service, but expensive. I feel that paying over $100 just to come out and assess the issue is rather steep.

My service was quick friendly and painless! The tech was very friendly and knowledgeable and it took only a week for parts to come in to complete the repair. Highly recommend to those who need appliance repairs done. I will definitely be saving their number in case I need any future work done!
