Roland just came to repair a latch on my washer. He was very friendly, professional and got it fixed in very short order. He had me check to make sure it was right and made me aware of other repair services they offer. I will call them the next time any appliance needs to be repaired.
Open communication from the time the appointment was made, until it was stove was fixed. The technician came to my house twice, once to find the issue with my stove and again when he returned with the parts to fix it, he was very nice and professional. They even called a week later to make sure everything was working good. They also were one of the only places I have worked with that came to Valley County and did not reschedule over and over, I appreciate that and will use them again.
Roland was at our house for maybe 15 minutes. He was very professional and easy to speak to. He replaced the lock switch on our year old Speed Queen washing machine. No fuss or issues of any kind. He did a great job!! He wasn't even bothered by our cat checking out his work lol. All work was done free of charge, part was under warranty. I recommend asking for him for your appliance service needs 👍. Earl C.
