Daniel waited for me to get home while I was running late for my appointment for my washer repair. He was super nice and understanding. He came in saw the problem and ordered the part to come back and fix my washer as quick as possible. Very knowledgeable and professional 👏 definitely recommend 👌

If you need a RELIABLE appliance repair company, call these folks. In December 2025 they came out and fixed my (10/2020) gas oven. This week I had them come out to replace the belt in my dryer. You get appointment conformation, pics of the tech coming out to service, and they call ahead. Today, Daniel was in and out in under 30min! And, dryer is working like new again!

The repair person arrived on time, was friendly and assessed the problem quickly. They had to order the part and returned a few days later to complete the repair. Always the same friendly behavior and efficiency for repair. I am very satisfied with their repair! Thankful I don’t have to purchase a new clothes washer! Highly recommend Mr. Appliance!!

Jason was fast to diagnose why my ice maker was not making ice. He fixed the problem and explained what to do in the future just in case it happens again. He was thorough, friendly and professional. He did a great job.
