We had a great experience with this company from start to finish. Aaron, the technician, handled both the diagnosis and the freeze repair for our refrigerator. It was reassuring to have the same technician manage the entire process, and he did an excellent job. Aaron was quick, friendly, reliable, and always on time. He clearly explained the issue and completed the repair efficiently. We also want to recognize Rebecca, the customer service representative, who was incredibly helpful and professional. She made scheduling easy, kept us informed throughout the process, and ensured everything went smoothly. We truly appreciate the company’s speedy service, high-quality work, and outstanding customer service. They are always wonderful to work with, and we highly recommend them to anyone in need of appliance repairs.

This is the second time my mother used their services. No issues setting an appointment and updates along the way. There is a fee for initial diagnosis of what the issue to be addressed is but if you allow them to fix the issue after diagnosis the fee is applied to the total bill. Given their record for efficiency and quickly getting the work done its totally worth it. Techs are knowledgeable and efficient. My mother is grateful for for their help keeping her appliances working and so am I. Thanks Seth!

We have a Maytag electric dryer that would stop prior to the load being dry. We called Adam's Appliance and from the first phone call that lady was so nice and scheduled us for the very next day. Seth was our technician and he was right on time and was so kind, professional, and knowledgeable. He took the time to listen to what the dryer was doing, or not doing. Asked questions, took the time to check many things and developed a plan to make the repairs. He also gave me a lot of helpful tips to prevent problems in the future with our washer and dryer. He was honest about what we needed and did not need and did not try to just throw parts at it for the sake of making money for the company. We will definitely call them for our future appliance repairs and highly recommend them to anyone and everyone that we know! Give them a call and ask for Seth! I been using Adam’s Apliance repair for 5 years and they never disappoint. 5 Star everything; Customer service, their work is impeccable and I been fortunate that I live in the area where I have gotten to see the exact same tech Ron (Rodney) at my doorsteps for every repair and the guy is absolutely a brilliant appliance repair guy, completely trust worthy and as a bonus, a really really good dude.
