James and team did a brilliant job for our family...got our fireplace up and running again when I'd already pulled all my hair out trying to troubleshoot. They were so kind and quick-witted and MORE than capable. They even handled clean up for us and made the whole experience extremely pleasurable and stress-free. Can't recommend Happy Hatter and the craftsmanship of James and company enough!
