Unprofessional. Bad communication. Unresponsive. Technician came after a couple attempts to schedule a visit, walked in complaining about a bad review, assessed the oven and shared what he thought the problem was (sounded legit). Stated he would check on parts and get back with me. After not hearing anything for a week and a half I reached back out on my office phone just to make sure they’d answer and they sounded surprised and said he was still looking for parts (but no one had notified me of anything). Now a month later I didn’t bother following up anymore and they still have yet to contact me so I replaced my own oven. I believe they were content with receiving the $100 fee for coming to “look” at the oven and act like they were doing something.

This company is amazing. They went above and beyond to get my appliance fixed even after the warranty company jacked me around for months. Their technician Kevin was Phenomenal, very patient, and very knowledgeable. Their pricing is very affordable and they do exactly what the say they are going to do. I'm very pleased to know there are companies that still believe in customer service and truly taking care of the customer. if you are looking for an honest, responsible and affordable appliance repair company, we highly recommend Traveling Man Appliance Repair. Traveling Man Appliance Repair was dispatched through Choice Home Warranty (which is already a nightmare), and the experience was just as bad. They took forever to order a replacement ice maker part for my refrigerator. When the technician finally showed up, he attempted to install it and then realized it was the wrong part. He said he would order the correct part, then completely disappeared. No follow up, no calls back, nothing. I paid the $75 service fee and got absolutely nowhere. To make matters worse, he later claimed that the correct part was no longer made, which was completely false. Another appliance company came out, ordered the correct part immediately, fixed the issue right away, and didn’t even charge me. This company wasted my time, took my money, and never resolved the problem. Extremely unprofessional and unreliable. I would not recommend them to anyone.
