Good company who cares about their reputation. I had an issue with a washing machine that they came out and attempted to repair. The tech came out and was very friendly and knowledgeable, and was able to phone a friend when he was stumped. When what they thought would fix it didn’t, the tech came back the next day and realized there was nothing he could do. He removed the repair parts he had previously installed and they refunded the costs.

Do not use them for refrigerator repairs. My first appointment with them was in mid-July to fix my ice maker. After more than 2 1/2 months and several visits - each time the tech saying it would now work - nothing changed. The second technician said it had been done incorrectly and an additional spend would fix it. After more than $700, the ice maker still doesn't work, and we never would have agreed to pay that much if that had been the initial quote, especially for an ice maker that remains broken. Customer service is pretty inconsistent too. Though some of the receptionists have been nice, it was extremely difficult to get a call back from the owner without repeated calls. I hate to post negative reviews but this has been the most frustrating experience I’ve had with a repair company.
