James was wonderful. Very knowledgeable and efficient. He knew very quickly what was wrong with the fridge and had the parts ordered as soon as we okayed the repair. Very smooth process. Reasonably priced as well! We had such a good experience that we called them when our dryer broke as well!
Our freezer died right before this big storm and I called and they came out so quickly. He was able to fix it in just a few minutes. So thankful! I would definitely call them again if I need a repair.

Awesome experience with Alex A. Our refrigerator ice maker had been broken for a couple of years. It was freezing up. The company Samsung recommended was rated very low. So I looked up a highly rated company and read a ton of their reviews. They sent Alex and he was able to diagnose the issue quickly. He explained everything and showed me the parts that were needed to be ordered on his phone. He came back and installed the parts that were needed. It works perfectly now. We will definitely use them in the future for our appliance repairs.
