Came to fix a dishwasher drain hose that had worn. We had a couple of hiccups. One of them was a wrong part ordered. But they came back and fixed their mistakes, on their own dime. Appliance repairs were completed. No complaints

Anthony was very polite and efficient. He found the heating element was the problem and also found another issue with the rollers and checked to make sure the dryer vent was clean that goes out of the house. Very much appreciated his work!!!

My tech Anthony was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about my dryer issue. He fixed it pretty quickly. I will definitely be calling them again when the unfortunate happens with another appliance. I recommend everyone call them. The price was better than buying a new dryer. I really have no complaints. Good job MR appliance and thank you Anthony.

Oven not working and ready to do Christmas cookies. They had closed for day so I left message. They texted me about 20 minutes later. Set up appt for next day. Repair man Justin was really great . Checked out our problem and oven was working in 10 minutes. Showed us how to clean the large oval burner as it was only 1/2 lit. Will definitely use them again and recommend them.

I've had 2 different techs out in the last 2 month, because I have great luck and multiple appliances stopped working. Both Sean and Luis were on time, friendly, figured out the problem quickly, and gave recommendations. The price was decent and actually less than I imagined. I was very pleased with their service and would recommend them to all my family and friends.
