Amazing Service! I brought in a MacBook that had water spilled on it and it was fixed no problem. Prior to going to Rick, I went ahead and got a diagnostic from MicroCenter. After 5 minutes of them having my laptop, they sent me a quote that it would cost me over $1,500 to fix. Rick fixed it in a couple of hours with great pricing. Will definitely be going here again if needed.
Replaced my kids tablet battery and fixed his screen. He was able to get it back to me within a day! Very easy going and we highly recommend him.
I had wonderful customer service. He was honest and gave possibilities of what may be wrong with my phones. He ordered everything that may have been needed for the fix but only charged me for what was needed. I was given price breaks where he could and the labor cost was more than fair. I have used this service for many issues on my families phones and have been more than satisfied. I have recommended RF to many friends and family. I recommend them to you too.
