This is a family owned establishment which is rare these days. Everyone there is very helpful, professional, and all of my repairs have been done very quickly and correctly. I would highly recommend.

Call before coming here and make sure they will service your watch or go somewhere else. I don't doubt they provide good services. I requested an estimate via email a few weeks ago. I came today when I finally had time to drive 1.5 hours to bring my watch for service. When I arrived to the store, they turned me down right away telling me they no longer have time to service my watch, and to call in a few weeks. Why they didn't tell me since the beginning they would only take my watch if I bring them to them within a specific timeframe?! I wasted my time driving here! It's a dying mall, not like customers will keep pouring every day. They cou... Call before coming here and make sure they will service your watch or go somewhere else. I tried 2 other jewelers and they could not fix the watch. As I was driving through the area I decided to try PJ Watch & Jewelry. She was able to fix the watch within a few hours. I highly recommend everyone to go there for repairs.
