We got hit by a massive power surge during the storm on Juneteenth and it fried our existing HVAC system. We called American Air and Alder came out to assist us the next day. He diagnosed the problem and explained what we needed to do to replace the unit. He expedited the order and installation process for us and since we were in the middle of our first summer heatwave with unbearable indoor temperatures of 91°, he came out after one of his jobs in the evening and helped us install a temporary unit in the bedroom so that we could get some sleep! We really appreciated him going above and beyond to help ease our pain. He was easy to work with and everything was done in a professional manner. He was also very good at explaining and super friendly. We will definitely use this HVAC company going forward for our routine maintenance as well as any other issues that may arise.

Alder at American Air was responsive and compassionate when I contacted him about my mother-in-laws heat not working properly. He arranged to come out on a Friday evening to remedy the situation. He worked diligently to repair the issue and was also able to install a much better user-friendly thermostat to replace the antiquated one she had. He even took the time to explain everything and program the new thermostat. We were very pleased with his excellent efficient work, his friendly personality and his fair price! Will definitely use his company again for any future needs!
