We got hit by a massive power surge during the storm on Juneteenth and it fried our existing HVAC system. We called American Air and Alder came out to assist us the next day. He diagnosed the problem and explained what we needed to do to replace the unit. He expedited the order and installation process for us and since we were in the middle of our first summer heatwave with unbearable indoor temperatures of 91°, he came out after one of his jobs in the evening and helped us install a temporary unit in the bedroom so that we could get some sleep! Alder at American Air was responsive and compassionate when I contacted him about my mother-in-laws heat not working properly. He arranged to come out on a Friday evening to remedy the situation. He worked diligently to repair the issue and was also able to install a much better user-friendly thermostat to replace the antiquated one she had. He even took the time to explain everything and program the new thermostat. We were very pleased with his excellent efficient work, his friendly personality and his fair price! Will definitely use his company again for any future needs!

Amazing work done by even more amazing people. Beyond knowledgeable and went the extra mile to make sure I knew everything they were doing and why. They also did a wonderful job of laying out the price and a detailed list on what work has been done. Signed right up for a maintenance program with them and would gladly have them over anytime.
