Granite State Glass

We had a fuel delivery truck that had a rock hit the front windshield and chipped the glass. The driver called Granite State glass and explained what happened and also explained that we did not have time to keep the truck tied up during the extreme cold weather. We were asked to bring the truck in right away and they would look at it. They repaired the windshield immediately and sent us on our way. We could not be more appreciative and thankful for such great service!

We had a very positive experience with Granite State Glass. We had a damaged window that needed a repair fairly quickly. Luke at a granite Star Glass was extremely helpful, he offered to have us email him a few photos of the issue. They determined a quick fix and had someone out the very next day. The gentlemen who came to do the fix was extremely nice and knowledgeable. The price was also very fair. I would easily recommend them.

I would not recommend Granite State Glass for any wooden window glass repairs. They do not have the skill nor patience to do a job well done. After 3 weeks, the window was ready for pickup and to my horror the window had multiple cracks in the wooden frame and horribly chipped. Now, it is in need of even more repairs due to the structural damages. In my eyes, this is poor craftsmanship and service. Communication about the damages was deserved… At least addressing that the window we expected to get back had been damaged in the process of replacing the glass. It was a bit shocking and disappointing. Granite State Glass may be skilled in other glass related repairs, but beware of their lack of abilities when it comes to older window repairs.
