The employee who came to repair one of our doors was accommodating to look over the other door as well. He fixed all issues with both doors in a timely and very professional manner. Have been working with Keene Door over years and have always had excellent service provided.
Called up Keene Door after I noticed one of our extension springs had snapped. They got out here quick and Greg was super friendly, knowledgeable, and was willing to give the entire door set up a once over to ensure it would be good for a long time. Price was well within reason and they were in and out in less than an hour. I hope to not have any garage door issues in the future, but if I do, I'll be giving Keene Door a call again!
We had a very good experience with Keene Door. Our sales rep, Greg Baker, was fantastic! He was super friendly, knowledgeable and had great energy. We felt very good in his hands! Customer service for follow-up and estimates was also very good. Looking forward to our new garage door!
