Modern Plumbing and Backflow

During the installation of the 1st hot water heater they attempted to install before going to get a second water heater (in my opinion by the way it looked at the bottom of the unit, it was one that was returned) they damaged the wall and said nothing. I called and emailed the company and JJ sent a friend of his that slapped some stuff on the wall, left paint all over the 2nd water heater and called it a day. They did not smooth the dents out and lightly buffed the area before using the wrong paint bush to cover up the mess they made on my new wall. I almost never write reviews for companies but as a former contractor, I feel the need to comment on the unprofessional manner in which my service was handled. Not only was the plumber unable to repair my clog he left my tub in a worse state than when he arrived, he disassembled my overflow assembly to work on the drain which he left completely disassembled. Not only did he not reassemble my tub when I went to check on the work after they left I found that they had scuffed my wall up and did not mention that to me. What I liked about the service, the techs Nate and Chandler, did an assessment on December 26, on December 28, Modern Plumbing dispatcher called me to setup a time for December 29th to replace my water heater. The turn around was great. Due to the holidays I felt like the company had our best interest at heart. The tech walked me through how to use the shut off valves etc if need arise. They were professional also they cleaned up after the job was completed. That is why I gave them a five star rating.
