No one showed up for my scheduled appointment. I left several messages but no one got back to me. And because they only have an AI answering their phone, I have no way of actually getting a hold of anyone from the business.

We are extremely pleased with the service provided by Modern Appliance’s Arturo. Arturo solved what we feared would be an expensive problem with our washer quickly and charged us only for the diagnostics visit. His experience working with today’s machines was evident. He was also very punctual-and he is bilingual, which is a plus.
