Amazing service! My washer was stuck on the spin cycle, and Billy said he was in the area and came right over. He quickly determined the problem and fixed it. He worked very cleanly, and the whole repair took less than an hour. He even stayed until a new load finished to make sure everything was running smoothly. On a Labor Day weekend, I didn’t have much hope of anyone coming to the rescue—but Billy did! I would definitely recommend him.

Billy was fantastic! He showed up on time, worked quickly, and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. On top of that, he was funny and genuinely kind, which made the whole situation feel less stressful. It’s rare to find someone who is both skilled and personable. I would definitely call him again!

Called them out they made repairs to refrigerator/freezer. However unit stopped working that night again. Called them got recording again that sounded like they were asleep stating that they were sorry but not working that day, called again next day same thing same recording and msg. No return call, no one bothered to even update if or when they could come out. Had to call new repair company, reported AAA to BBB and placed hold card payment to bank! Don’t trust or use this service! Very unreliable and unprofessional!
