If I could leave zero stars I definitely would! This company came out to check my dryer on March 28th( Friday). Tech stated it needed a new belt and one would have to be ordered . He said it should be in by Tuesday the 1st. I spoke with them and they scheduled me for Friday the 4th for repair (said they had nothing sooner). Iβm 2 weeks in with a broken dryer at this point. I called and text several times days before my appointment to confirm and never received a call back, text, nothing. I had to have another company come out and asked that they please bring a belt with them because thatβs what this company said was the issue. Well they were wrong! Itβs the motor and they didnβt bring this part with them so now that has to be ordered. Now we will be going on 3 weeks with no dryer due to this companies incompetence and complete unprofessionalism.
