WARNING: iFixandRepair - Newington, CT Walmart DO NOT TRUST THIS REPAIR SHOP! I took my phone to iFixandRepair in the Newington Walmart on Berlin Turnpike to fix a cracked screen, and the experience turned into a nightmare. Immediately after the initial repair, my phone began to overheat severely, and the screen quality quickly deteriorated. Seeking a second opinion, I had the phone repaired at a different shop, which resolved the overheating, but unfortunately, the screen broke in an accident. Returning to iFixandRepair for a second repair, the overheating issue returned within minutes. Instead of taking responsibility, the repair shop blamed a minor drop for alleged motherboard damage, refused to provide a refund, and ultimately kicked me out of the store, leading to a call to the police due to their unprofessional behavior. * First Repair: Overheating started immediately. Within minutes, the screen quality deteriorated. * Second Opinion: A repair at a Meriden mall fixed the overheating issue, but the screen broke in an accident. * Second Repair at iFixandRepair: Overheating returned within minutes of the screen replacement. * Refusal to Take Responsibility: The repair shop blamed a minor drop for motherboard damage, despite the immediate overheating issue. Result: * Poor quality screen replacements * Refusal to admit fault * Kicked out of store after requesting refund * Total loss of $460 iFixandRepair refused to refund my money and blamed unrelated issues.
