I contacted all about tech to fix my out of warranty PlayStation 5. I was getting an error that a solid state drive was malfunctioning, however, I have never installed a solid state drive in the unit. Iri at All About Tech said he would take a look at it, and he came up with a plan on the same day. It was about $75 to have him diagnose the machine, but he stated that money would go as a credit towards fixing it. He gave a couple options, but stated that if they did not work, I would only be charged for the diagnostic fee. At the end of the day, I got my PlayStation back and it works great. Though it took quite a bit of time, and they could have maybe communicated a little bit better, they told me what they were going to do, and they did it for what I believe to be a fair price. They warranted their service for one year as well, so if anything goes wrong, I can bring it right back to them.
Great service cheaper than others and they have unbelievable warranty for the job that they do. I definitely be back.
