2-7-2026. Mighty wash is attempting to impose an additional $10 "Mud" fee on vehicles - even if they do not have mud on them. No posted policy notice. Employees are unable to produce any written policy. I am not able to locate any such policy on the website. Employees refused to provide a name and contact number to discuss the policy with. If you do not pay the $10 "mud fee" you no longer receive the pre-wash spray and scrub that has always been a standard part of the wash process. I also have a subscription. Additionally, I have observed that Mighty Wash has increased the speed of the automatic wash cycle so a customer no longer receives the same quality of wash as previously provided. Unethical? Breach of contract? Fraud?

I really like this car wash. The quality of the service is outstanding—the team consistently does an awesome job. A special shout-out and kudos to Jevon, who always has an excellent attitude and makes the experience pleasant every time.
