My computer had problems after a power outage and Mr. Patel at Eclipse Solutions in Roswell NM took the time to look at my computer, clearly explained and showed me the problem then gave several options to resolve the problem. I chose to replace my old one and he had the new one ready with my data by the end of the same day. Took my ps5 for a minor hdmi port problem and they broke my ps5 completely and didn’t even bother to give me my ps5 back in the same condition I took it they stole my hdmi cable and gave me some small short cable. The hdmi port is missing from how I sent it in. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all save your devices from being broken completely by this company

They were awesome! They fixed my sons computer really quickly and messaged me every step. They even went the extra mile and came out to the house to help us get it set up when we were having problems connecting to the wifi! Very kind and professional!
