Staff was not only knowledgeable, they were downright nice guys!! I didn’t know exactly what i needed to fix a dryer and an oven. They not only knew exactly what I needed, they gave me step by step instructions so i could do it myself. AND told me to call if I ran into issues. Way above and beyond customer service. They are my new ‘go to’ for any appliance needs!
I needed a replacement belt for my Samsung dryer. They answered the phone on the 2nd ring, was able to confirm that it was in stock, and it was waiting for me when I arrived later that morning. The price was competitive with the big-box stores without having to wait a week for it to come in. It's hard to ask for better service than that!
Great for do it your selfers and appliance repair technicians. Older hard to find parts, newer parts and all types of appliances, equipment and tools.
