I was in a pickle. A/C went out Friday evening and I really didn’t want to wait until Monday or Tuesday to get air running again (90+ outside). Standout service. Jeff was fast, courteous, and very reasonably priced compared to what I researched in this area. I’ll be recommending him to anyone who needs A/C repair.

Jeff was awesome. He returned my call within 5 minutes and showed up to fix my A/C in about an hour. He was professional, came on a Sunday when it was 98 degrees out and my house had hit 85. His prices were also awesome. I will be using him in the future and referring him to friends.

We live in an area of Northwest Arkansas where it can be difficult to find home services, let alone those of superior quality. When bad weather struck, and our home was without heat, Jeff went above and beyond. He searched for the appropriate parts and fought the winter weather doing a great job and correcting errors from a previous installer that could have led to our home burning down. Highly recommend One Call! Update: One Call came to the rescue again when our unit went out during the hottest day of the year thus far. Jeff diagnosed the problem quickly, fixed it, and for a very reasonable price. Thank you again!

Jeff arrived shortly after my initial call. Even earlier than his estimated arrival time that he provided. I tend to ask questions about things that I am not well versed in. Jeff answered all my questions without hesitation, provided additional insight, and explained in an easy-to-understand manner. He troubleshot our AC problem and I could tell he was genuine with his diagnosis. He didn't try to upsell or obsfucate what the problem was. Price was competitive and I was proud to have supported the local guy. Will definitely be my go-to for future emergencies.
