Experience was great - scheduled for same day installation of 2 new openers by Luke. Luke was great - very professional and fast and took the time to ensure everything was programmed and working perfectly before he left. He even responded to a Sunday morning follow up question. I'd highly recommend Luke and Precision.

WOW!!! I do enjoy having a real professional at my home installing a new spring for my garage door. Chris was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient during his time at my home. He was also courteous and smiling as he explained how the garage door and opener work so if issues occur in the future I can develop a plan to resolve any future issues. He can visit my home anytime based on this engagement. As a veteran myself, I appreciate his service in Iraq and Afghanistan. Continued success Chris. My experience was fantastic! Not only did Luke, a technician from Precision Garage Door Service arrive early, he diagnosed an issue that began at the neglect of the builder’s of my home. Luke remedied the issues, and set me up with a ten year warranty so I have a peace of mind with my garage door. Thank you Luke, well done!

We were stuck in our house during a power outage when we discovered the spring on our garage door was broken. Even though it was a weekend, Luke with Precision Garage Door Service came out and fixed our door, and made sure there was no other damage. He showed us parts of our 20 year old door that were close to also failing and replaced them at the same time, saving us from future issues and having to need more calls soon! We were extremely impressed with his professionalism and never felt pressured to do anything beyond what we called about, but we were extremely pleased to have him inspect the whole door and not just do a quick fix. We needed a new garage door opener. We were able to get service the same day we called. Ryan, the technician, was very friendly and professional. He did the installation quickly, taking about an hour to complete.
