Scott was recommended to us from a friend and has provided on a couple of different appliances. In each instance he was at our home within 30 minutes of reaching out to him. It's important to note that not many individuals service Samsung. Scott does not, but he was more than willing to quickly come over and look to see what was wrong and provide his recommendation. I had already researched the issue and had an idea of the problem, as it's common with Samsungs. I knew that if I was correct, it would be costly to fix, but knew I needed a professional to confirm the issue. Not only did he tell me what was wrong, he was able to provide me a rough estimate of how much it would cost, offered to recommend someone who does work on that refrigerator type and gave me his personal opinion on what he would do in our situation. He also provided his recommendation on what to buy and where to get it, if we decided to purchase something new. He was extremely professional, kind and went well above my expectations both times. Also, ladies, I usually ask my husband to be home when we have someone coming into the house to provide service. I'm very comfortable with Scott coming in and him not being here which is very appreciated.
