They even let me exchange an item when it wasn't the right price, went above and beyond suggesting another item. Amazing customer service! Emily was very sweet and helpful. They advised to resize my ring it would take over a week, but they were able to complete it in 2 days! A different jewelry store (a major chain) had lied to me and said my ring wasn’t real gold and refused to resize it (they said this because it was too complicated for them to resize it) but Michaels was able to take it in, and get the job done for me, and they were able to confirm it was real. Definitely going back to Michaels for my future jewelry needs!

Randy did our consultation and held our hands through the whole process. We had a lot of specific desires for a ring including utilizing some diamonds from a deceased family member. Randy could not have been more accommodating. He was always available in store or even via text, very respectful of the fact that we work night shift which sometimes makes business hours communication difficult. After just a few weeks we had the perfect design 3d printed for her approval and shortly after a finished product that matched what she had dreamt of. Would bring my business back here, and specifically to Randy, again without hesitation. The ring is absolutely perfect.
