Miami Valley Chimney

We had a great experience with Miami Valley Chimney. Dave, the owner, came out for the initial inspection, gave us a great quote and was able to fit us into the schedule even though winter is on the horizon. Our chimney at our new-to-us house had failing concrete under the caps and needed a cap replacement as well. Dave's team was able to come earlier than anticipated and spent a little more than one day fixing our issues. (I also really appreciated that they put up scaffolding so they wouldn't hurt our gutter guards with a ladder.) The team worked efficiently, came back the following day to collect their scaffolding and remove the forms from the setting concrete, and we are good to go for winter. Really appreciate the Miami Valley Chimney team for making the effort to squeeze us in before it snows. Everything looks great. Would highly recommend!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! They did an awesome job rebuilding my chimney. Dave (the owner) came out to access my situation even though where I live is out of their normal service area. He is very knowlegable and explained my chimney was "spalling" meaning the reason why my bricks were were "flaking". He recommend I tear the whole thing down and rebuild it because doing only partially would give me the same problem down the road. And he quoted me a better price then another bid I had gotten. The team that came to rebuild (Cam & Thomas) were very polite, always on time, and cleaned up after themselves every day. They worked in the terrible heat wave we were having, and torrential rain to get the job done when they said they would. I can't say enough about how good this company is!
