This place WILL download your personal files and images from your phone, replace your screen incorrectly, steal your parts and replace them with cheap alternatives, and tell you that you need repairs that you don't need to upcharge you and steal your parts. I dropped my phone off to be repaired at 6pm, They requested my password. I returned at 7 to pick my phone up and in my recent tabs my Gallery had been opened AND my files app with a file actively downloading that included a picture of me when I was 17, the time of the download being after I dropped my phone off. The manager told me they did not take passwords, even after they wrote my password on the back of my phone. They took of my brand-new iPhone screen, replacing it with an alternative that didn't even go to my phone model. Which was NOT needed due to the back of my phone being damaged, not the screen. Do not go here, do NOT take your kids here. EDIT: The owner accuses me of lying, I, my father, and sister have been going here or YEARS. My guardian was with me and questioned why they asked for my password, we can show you on footage where this happened, also, my screen was not ever broke, telling me your a liar and have no idea what really happened. I did not get anything for free even when I was told I would be allowed to leave with my device. If I planned to 'scam' you I would NOT have even tapped my card to pay AND would have picked the "$300 OLED" screen not your "$100" knock-offs, both of which you guys buy in bulk from Temu, not worth scamming for.

This place is a complete joke. It’s a vape shop trying to act like a repair store, and they clearly have no idea what they’re doing. ​I went in to fix a simple charging port issue on my iPad. Not only did they fail to fix it, but they actually cracked the internal LCD screen and handed it back to me as if nothing happened. When I confronted them, they just said they "couldn't fix it" and sent me away with a shattered screen that was perfectly fine when I arrived. ​It is extremely unprofessional to run a repair business inside a vapor shop without any technical expertise or accountability. They are dishonest and lack the basic skills to handle delicate electronics. Do not trust them with your devices. You will leave with a more broken device than you started with. STAY FAR AWAY.
