Cody was very nice and knowledgeable about the installation. It went very smoothly except for one thing that my wife just noticed when she got home. There is some black paint taken off of the frame. No big deal, I can buy some heat resistant paint and take care of it.
Adam did a great job. Very thorough, knowledgable. He explained what he was doing, answered our many questions. The end result was fabulous...a bigger, brighter, beautiful flame. And now I know how to use the battery backup when power is out. We are totally satisfied. Thank you Adam and Jake
With never having maintenance on our gas fireplace in the 10 years we’ve lived here, we figured it was time. We were grateful to Dayton Fireplace, and specifically CJ, for being prompt in our appointment time, and taking care of the regular maintenance we needed. Thankfully, there were no issues except lots of dust, which CJ took care of. He explained how to easily remove the glass from the fireplace, which had previously been a chore for us. Now that we know, we will be better equipped for general cleaning and maintenance on our own until our next service call for a deeper cleaning and check down the line. We will definitely use Dayton Fireplace again in the future and are grateful for CJ and the team for a great experience!

Cody just checked and cleaned up our vented propane stove not only is it working beautifully but we told him the hand held control had not worked for years and we were told that there was no way to fix . They do not make this control anymore. Could there be someway to control the flame and fan we asked? He fix the auto turn off for control inside the stove and now its working after 3 years of us turning the stove on and off at the switch on back having a low flame and fan set on low. Way to go Cody !! We are thrilled and enjoying a beautiful flame and fan. So happy Thanksgiving to knowledgeable serviceman Cody !
