M&F Pro-Tires corp 24 Hour Tire Shop

From start to finish, my experience with M&F Pro in Queens was outstanding. I recently brought my car in for a wheel alignment and was impressed by the exceptional service, fair pricing, and speed. As a 24‑hour tire shop, they offer convenience that many competitors can’t match — I didn’t have to rearrange my day or wait for normal business hours.  The service team at M&F is truly professional. They listened to my concerns, explained what needed adjustment, and got to work without delay. Even though I arrived during a busy time, the alignment was completed quickly — well under an hour — with care and precision.  One of the most impressive parts was their transparent and reasonable pricing. Before they started, I got a clear sense of what I would be charged. No hidden fees, no unnecessary upsells — just honest, solid work. For the quality and speed, it felt like a great value. Customers before me had made similar comments in reviews: fair, efficient, good service. DO NOT COME HERE Maintenance nor TO REPLACE your tires at this shop. From when i first walked in the workers act like they did not see me and had bad attitudes. I gave them the measurements for my wheel and they told me they had none in stock that were used. Mind you before i asked i was in the lot searching and already found specific dimensioned tire i needed. I let them know i seen it & they still persisted to sell me a brand new one. Not only was the used tired 80$’s but after 3 months the Tire BURSTED while i driving on the highway. So i received a tire that was not worth 80 more like 20$ due to it rotting from the inside and bursting!, i get terrible service when they worker changed my wheel after he was done he dropped my car aggressively down off the jack and most of all i was lied too!

Don't come here to change tires and repair wheels. I changed two second-hand tires here. After less than three months of use, one of them burst and the other one bulged. Then the wheel was violently dismantled and cracked. They charged me $100 to weld the crack. After two months, the wheel cracked again. They said it was not their technical problems, and then charged me another $100. No matter what the reason is, don't come to this black-hearted store again! Avoid getting shoddy products and bad technology again.
