Lindell Spence took care of my wasps nest issue in my front yard bush IMMEDIATELY. I texted Advance Pest Solutions at the wee hours of 3:00 or 4:00 a.m. He responded not much later confirming receipt of my text and said he would connect with me later in the day. He kept his word, called later that afternoon; came to my home to assess the issue, and returned later that evening to remove the nest when there was less activity. Prompt, knowledgeable, courteous and great customer service using environmentally-safe products (good for animals) to get the job done. Well done and reasonably priced. Have been using Advance Pest Solutions for several years now for our building. They are professional and use various safe treatments/ways to resolve your pest issue. They take their time and really check all areas that need to be treated. Their treatments work. I get lasting results. I appreciate their attention and their pricing is fair. The tenants have even commented on how they see the results. In the past the people I used would just spray and leave with no real long term resolution. I have been very happy with them and will keep using them.

I had a yellow jacket nest somewhere between a wall & a roof shingle. Eventually the bees found their way into our home. I called Advanced Pest Solutions & Lindell came by that same evening. It took a total of 4 visits to finally get rid of the nasty pests but Lindell came by each time with a great attitude, explaining what was happening & what he would be doing, and followed up with me almost every day to check the status of the bees. His initial fee was more than fair, & he did not charge any additional fees for the subsequent visits. He is a true professional & a genuinely nice person. I highly recommend calling APS before looking elsewhere. It is a 5 star organization.
