Jazzy Wash and Lube

Jazzy Wash & Lube is a car wash that deserves a zero star rating. I wasted my time and money there, and I strongly advise against it. I paid $26 for a full service with vacuum, but the Spanish worker who did the job didn’t even vacuum my third-row seat. When I pointed this out, he nonchalantly said that the guy in front would vacuum it. However, when I reached the front of the building to pick up my car, I was informed that the vacuuming was done by the person in the back, not in front. I went inside and informed the cashier about the situation, but he simply looked at me without saying a word. This is unacceptable customer service, and for a business to treat its customers this way is truly appalling. This is my first and last time going to Jazzy Wash & Lube.

I had the Everwash membership and would come here all the time, one day they broke my passenger door handle and put it in the car and didn’t say anything. I realized and went back, of course they denied and act like they don’t even remember i just washed my car. Spoke to manager and asked him to run the camera he didn’t, call the police and they advised me to take them to court. Worst car wash they will damage ur car and refused to fix. They don’t do a good job either only went there because they were close to my house and offer the membership. To the manager : YES I KNOW YOU REMEMBER MY WHITE KIA

I paid 63 dollars for the car wash, they didn’t properly wipe the inside of my car, the floor mats still has leaves and outside debris, and it doesn’t come with an air freshener, my windows and windshield still have dry water marks on it .. I highly recommend going to 125th Street on Rockaway Blvd instead. I usually go there, cost less and free air freshener with the ultimate wash/interior clean. I was in the area and decided to get an ultimate wash as usual and my car isn’t too dirty inside but if you’re going to spend your money at least make sure the quality of work it’s worth the cost of what you pay. They guys working outside are very nice but I don’t recommend this place

Edit 10/07/22 Went again today for a platinum wash. They cleaned the inside and out really well. They could do with being a little more careful though. They exited the car wash really fast with my car and scraped the front lip a bit. But it didn’t damage it too much so it’s fine. Overall my review remains the same. Pretty good for the price. It’s pretty good for the price. The machines can’t get everything out tho. There will be some spots left. I got the gold wash but they forgot to put tire shine on at first. I took it back and they did it for me. Good customer service. Everyone was nice.
