Complete satisfaction! I had scheduled an appointment at a home showing West Springfield. Dan came out as scheduled (I’m in CT) and was great to deal with. Wonderful customer service and affordable pricing for exactly what I wanted. Door came in just as he said it would. I was not able to be home when the crew showed up but they did arrive as scheduled. I was able to stop home for a few minutes during the day and the 2 man crew was working hard. They answered the couple of questions I had and carried on. I am very happy with every aspect of the process with Menard. Would recommend them 100%.

Doug and his son installed 2 garage doors yesterday at my home. Excellent job! Why ? They showed up on time and quoted me a reasonable price. He quoted me a tune up on my old doors and a price for 2 new doors with installation. They arrived 2 days later on time and installed my 2 garage doors. They were professional and polite. The doors looked great. They clean the entire area when complete. They installed weather sealing on the doors. They opened and closed very quite. I was 100% satisfied! Yes and I am on the picky side. I strongly recommend them for garage door repair/replacement. Great job and thanks again !’
