Meerkat Pest Control

This pest control company has been great! We had an issue with carpenter ants and bees in our Log home and it is located in a remote area. They were able to service us and remove the issue along with the seasonal ladybugs and flies that we get that are common in our area. They seem pricey but you have to weigh if it’s worth the peace of mind. John and Brandon are the technicians that serviced our home and they have been incredible!!! Answering all my questions and informing and educating us on what they service and how it will eradicate the pests. The office is also very kind and quick in responding to any we ask. The only issue I have is they charge for in between service. On one hand I understand that, but on the other, we are paying a premium and wish this was included.

John was incredibly professional, thorough, and considerate of our home. He walked us through every step and gave us an in depth summary at the end. We’re excited to be working with him.

Eric and Jeff arrived exactly on time today. Like everything I have seen from Meerkat employees, they were prompt, informative, knowledgeable and efficient. They checked all the traps that had been set by Howie, and they surveyed the entire house, sealing any possible entry holes for mice. I feel confident that the job they did will get the results we want. I think the follow up service provided is terrific.

In the past I have used a competitor for my business and wasn’t happy with the customer service, communication and turn around, so when I found out the attic of our home was filled with bats I called Meerkat. They responded immediately, took my information, educated me on the specifics of my issue and sent someone out to inspect and quote me. The inspector was fantastic. Knowledgeable, friendly and very informative. I contracted with them right away and within the week Matthew came out to start the first phase of my service. Matthew was friendly and polite. Explained what he would be doing. Since I can not get up on a ladder and go 20+feet up to my roof to inspect his work, I trust he did everything satisfactory. There is a waiting period before my project can be completed due to the nature of my situation, so I do not yet know the end results, but so far I am very pleased with their customer service and professionalism.
