I purchased two new backpack vacuums today for my cleaning business. I will say I am very excited about this purchase. They are lightweight, powerful, better quality compared to my other vacuum. Great quality friendly service definitely worth the purchase.

These guys are great! I've been schlepping around my same vacuum for years and I brought it in for a tune -up and it's running perfect. They had their work cut out for them lol. I dropped it off and had it back the next day. And their prices are very reasonable. They're very knowledgeable and helpful. If I ever have the heart to get a new vacuum I'll definitely go there. In the meantime I'm good my trusty vacuum will probably live longer than me.

Josh is the best. Very helpful in my making decision to purchase the Sebo. Answered all my questions even after I had more once taking the machine home. Great machine. Needed something to replace my very heavy Kirby. With extended hose, can vacuum my many stairs with ease leaving machine first at the bottom and then at the top of the stairs.

I have had my Kirby vacuum for over 30 years and it has served me well. Yesterday the motor burned out. Today I went to Capital Vacuums to inquire if they could replace the motor. As it turned out, they had a slightly less old model of my vacuum refurbished for sale. Everything is compatible with the attachments (and bags) of my old vacuum. Josh offered me a great price on the refurbished machine as well as a trade-in discount, and also included a new hose and some bags. The refurbished machine comes with a 2-year warranty. I am absolutely delighted with this purchase, and want to thank Josh for his excellent customer service. It is so much more sustainable to repair quality machines like the Kirby than to buy new. I highly recommend Capital Vacuums for their outstanding service and commitment to repairing and refurbishing vacuums.
