McMahon's Water Services is a top notch company in every way! We needed a new well point installed in a tiny closet under a stairway in our basement. McMahon's Water Services was highly recommended by a drilling company with whom we had worked and so we contacted McMahon's. They came right out to our camp, assessed the situation, devised a plan, explained it clearly to us, gave us an estimate and scheduled the installation. They contacted us a couple of days before the installation and again on the day of and showed up exactly when they said they would. Chad and Sean went right to work and installed the new well point and reconfigured the pump room to conveniently accommodate the new placement of the hot water tank. They clearly were the ideal team for the job. They were personable and efficient, communicated clearly and charged a very fair price consistent with their estimate. And now we have plenty of water pressure and plenty of water! What a pleasure to deal with these knowledgeable young men. Extremely responsive, professional, knowledgeable, and considerate are words that all describe the McMahon's Water Services family members perfectly! When our in-home water filtration system literally "blew its top" early on a Saturday morning, spewing water at an alarming rate, we reached out to McMahon's Water Services, as suggested by the only other local plumbing supply company that was open. While numerous other calls to plumbing supply stores, large and small, went to voicemail with no response; Chad at McMahon's answered immediately and requested that we text photos of our unit, along with the details of the model. Within a very few minutes, he notified us that a replacement cap was available that his brother would arrange to be in the office at anytime we wished to pick it up; or if we chose to replace the entire filter unit, McMahon's would accomplish that the same day. Chad was clear about the price, which seemed more than fair. We appreciated his expertise, and the fact that he provided information about replacing the entire system, which we may do in the future. He provided this option with absolutely no sales pressure at all. If we do decide on a full system replacement in the future, McMahon's will certainly be our choice for purchase and installation. In a very short time frame, our problem was solved by professionals who deal with water filters on a daily basis and clearly have the commitments of skill, expertise, and focus on customer service as the foundation of their family-owned and operated business. We are truly grateful for their outstanding service!

I recently had an emergency pump failure three hours before renters arrived. These guys showed up with a great attitude and had it completely fixed in hours. It happened to be Valentine’s night and they all put their own plans aside to make sure we were good to go. The quality was top notch and I wouldn’t hesitate to call them again.
